We have an upstairs double bedroom available in a really nice house, situated in a pleasant area of Winton (Cranmer Road, which is close to the high street, behind Wilkinsons, not too far from Uni either....so ideal location). 10 month contract beginning from 15th September. £285 per month (really cheap) and £350 deposit.
