WHERE:
Lessons are taught in Catford, South East London in music room with 2 drum kits... or I can visit you anywhere in London.
...ARE YOU A COMPLETE BEGINNER and want to learn the drums but don't know which teacher to choose? -I will get you playing rhythms and fills by the end of the first lesson AND give you a good grounding in technique. You'll be surprised just how easy and fun it can be!...
...HAVE YOU PLAYED FOR A WHILE but feel like you always play the same beats and fills? Feel that your technique needs some improvement? Feel like you want to play faster and cleaner? -I will get you thinking more creatively about the drums and give you the tools and techniques needed to get you sounding like a Pro!
...HAVE YOU PLAYED FOR A LONG TIME and feel you want to know more? Learn some other styles? Do you feel like you should be better than you are considering you've played for so long? I used to feel that way a while back. But what has taken me years to develop I can pass onto you in just a few lessons! I can teach you my approach to the drum kit inspired by a mixture of studying not only the greatest drummers of all time but also the great classical composers. We'll look at themes, motivic development, use of dynamics, structure, techniques, tricks and so on, to get you playing more musically and keeping your audience gripped!
